Nite Moon is home to a wonderful dish known simply as Mung Beans and Rice. People drive from all over to enjoy this traditional Yogic Food from India. Along with being delicious, it is a completely satisfying meal and a PERFECT protein. The spices are specificically blended to nourish and heal the body making it great to take home for the whole family; babies love it too!
